    Guest experience in Nitesoft

    Guest online

    The guest makes a reservation online and can also pay simultaneously. The online booking engine is part of the PMS. The moment someone start to make an online reservation a room will automatically be selected in the PMS. When the reservation is confirmed it will immediately appear in the intranet. The same logic applies to rates, which are easily changed in the PMS and updated in real-time in the booking engine. You will of course be able to style the booking flow to match your website.

    or extras

    Nitesoft have support for making a variety of offers. You can easily build packages and promotions and publish adverts for it directly on your website. Adding products that can be sold on the website is also done swiftly.

    Guest self

    In Nitesoft guests can handle check­in process by themselves. Check­in kiosk can handle both prepaid reservations and guests who pay at check­in. With an integration to your lock system guest will automatically get a key code, key card or mobile code at check­in


    In Nitesoft you find all required functions to run a hotel, such as switching rooms, adding products and services as well as housekeeping mangement. For conference booking you will find schedules to be able to follow up the activities and products assoicated to the conference.


    Guest will check­out from kiosk with just a few clicks.
